We have a special arrangement with a local Awaji Wagyu rancher. The individual
Wagyu is black-haired and is not breeding Wagyu. The shop owner and his son
prepare the Wagyu for the restaurant by themselves. This is the reason
we can sell high quality Wagyu at a more reasonable price than others.
Only one Wagyu is prepared at a time.
